½ stick European style unsalted butter, room temperature
6oz Proscuitto Di Parma, sliced thin
2-3oz Parmigiano Reggiano shaved
Instructions
Slice baguette in half lengthwise. Butter both sides generously. Next add 3oz of the proscuitto, then add the shaved parmigiano and top with the remaining Proscuitto. Feel free to add more or less of the ingredients. I mean it is a sandwich. Do what you like. I recommend you make it the night before. Wrap it up and let it sit out so that flavors have a chance to permeate throughout the sandwich. Bon appetit!
