2 small ripe tomatoes, cut into ⅛" thick slices cross-wise
flaked sea salt
chopped chives, optional
Instructions
Slather the sourdough slices with desired amount of mayo. I use what might be considered a little too much. Top with slices of tomato, sprinkle generously with salt and chopped chives. Serve immediately.
